Distance measuring systems from the HIWIN MAGIC series are optimised for displacement measurement in linear movements, especially in our linear motor axes and on our linear guideways from the CG series. They are insensitive to oil, dirt, vibration and shock and are therefore particularly suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The robust housing is electrically shielded and the signals are output in real time. In addition to the separate components such as the encoder and the magnetic scale, we also offer a linear guideway with an integrated distance measuring system in the form of our PG linear guideway.
